> Reading list | Tailor Made Peptides Review — The Tailor Made Peptides Review reading list: human trials, cell and animal experiments, and reviews for semaglutide, tirzepatide, retatrutide and MOTS-c.

The studies and reviews in this collection, with their full publication details.

## Trials, laboratory work and reviews

The semaglutide papers include weight, cardiovascular and kidney outcome trials. Tirzepatide's papers range from discovery and receptor experiments to treatment comparisons and a pooled safety analysis. The retatrutide group contains structural work, early clinical trials and a review of its development.

MOTS-c's list needs a little extra care: the dialysis paper observes natural blood levels, while the movement and muscle findings come from experimental work in mice. Its cell-compartment paper concerns cells under metabolic stress. The dialysis paper offers no result from giving additional MOTS-c to a person.
